Thanks Red.

Got the fuel filler lines done and installed. Not sure why I swapped out the Torx bolts on the t-case but I could help it as I hate Torx anything!

Here's how the power mirrors are getting handled....

I'm covering them in the same material as the seats. Those go in tomorrow after I sandblast the door panels to help get more grip on the door panels and remove some oils and such.

That's a factory 88-91 F-series door panel.

ahhh. Figured that may be the case. I know it's not 92-96 or 80-86 but it's been a long while since I had the '87 so I didn't remember. It was definitely Ford, but figured there was a chance you grabbed it from a windstar or who knows. I guess it's time to start looking for switches from an 89-91 crew cab...

I'm just wanting to not have the bump where the power switch is at on the 92-96 door panel is really my main thing and these fit the door in every way. I actually have a nice set of factory panels I've made black and a set of coverlay black door panels as well I need to sell. I guess I'm with door panels as nubreed is to wheels lol!!

I don't like that bump out either...

I'm just looking for a switch that won't look too out of place on my crew & then a good looking way to install. I'm doing aluminum panels in the crew as rear panels for these are as rare as hens teeth & cost even more & front HAS to match the rear for me. I'm trying to avoid welding on a bump out (see above & my dislike for the bumpout) on the door panel like Tom did on the Baja250.

For all those residents of Analashellville- this out of the can Krylon is about a dead ringer for under the bed touch ups.

Got my bedside "hold-down" straps and little "washers" ack from Linex. Stoked how they just blend into the bed so well :-)

Big day for Marilyn!! This plug is hopefully a game changer for her! If look closely there's a weld in pad for a slick little sensor that you normally find on the 2005+ Fords!! Hopefully it all plays well together!!!

Taking a break from my engine woes to do some interior projects. The JBG door seals are pretty good- a little stiffer and thicker than oem but I think the close the door on them constant for about a week should flatten them out some. Finished up getting my black Powdercoated door handles and locks in. The amber led dust lights are done as well as the led third brake light.

My idea for making 25 year old plastic sill plates that are all chewed up and just look terrible look presentable again-- blends in with the Linex bed really well.

That's actual Linex- I have the parts Sandblasted to basically etch them and get the surface ready. I figure if they can spray wood with it then janky plastic will be fine lol!
