So I've finally gotten my Giant Motorsports F150 based 64" front hangers installed, the Kelfab rear hangers modified to work on the F150 frame with the 9" shackles.

I'm gonna rant for a minute. Now with so many of these OBS f-series trucks out there, FSB's, and Rangers- there are trucks to buy for virtually zero dollars that are bone stock to use as a build jig. So when I buy a $376 set of front F150 spring hangers that are like 3/4 to hole off the factory holes quite frankly I'm pissed. You pay $376 for 6 total pieces of steel that took literally 15 minutes to weld up and pay that kind of money the shit needs to maybe be off a touch just because of manufacturing tolerances but not an entire hole off. See when it's an entire hole off it changes completely the position of the springs' centerline as it sits at ride height. When I inquired about the holes being off this morning I was told that somehow when Ford built these trucks it was somehow wrong or some abject BS reason! When I took one stock hanger from the driver to put it on the pass side the holes were virtually identical so that theory is exploded.

I'm going to make these things work but I just want the guys who may want or hope that the parts they buy are going to actually bolt on to know that this is the second time around I know of a Giant part that wasn't even close. I guess that goes for the other sellers. If you are charging a premium for parts that are supposed to be bolt on-make the shit actually bolt on -because blaming poor and I mean very poor engineering on the manufacturer is a huge cop out. With CNC every thing today there is zero reason to build parts that don't fit just because you're too damn lazy to keep working on your product until it's perfect. Laser cut parts aren't impressive when nothing fits. Rant over...

This is the main reason I've been wary of buying this kind of stuff from the US. Once it's over here, no-one will GAF about whether it fit's or not, I'll have to get stuck with making a shitty part fit. Totally understand where you come from on this.

My Walbro fuel pump bracket ready for install into the 38 gallon tank. Hopefully this all 304-SS pproach will limit custom parts, as well as make for a fairly robust mount for the pump and fuel sending unit.

I can't see the words on the hose but hopefully it's SAE 30R10 or better for submersion in fuel tanks?

I used the 93-95 Bassani Lightning header due to the lack of EGR pipe and the 1 5/8" tube size. The beauty of the Lightning off-road Y-pipe vs. the F150/Bronco Y-pipe is you get a true dual 2 1/2" exhaust with an X pipe. Towards the rear I went dual 2 1/2" to single 3" that flows thru the body via a stainless teardrop. I used 2 - snapper exhaust grommets mounts to brackets that use random factory frame holes.

Nicely done on all. Dig the dust lights & exhaust!

I'm all for brackets that bolt to existing holes. I never understood why guys go & drill so many new holes when there are already so many in the frame & crossmembers etc to use.
