What's cool about them is they can machine them with a 5/8" hole with a 45* chamfer that uses a circle track lug nut with a 1/2" hole- then when you want to use or go to 5/8" studs you just buy new studs and lug nuts and no cost to machine the wheels! $779 shipped I thought was a pretty damn good deal!

it was for 4-- SD Wheel -- I just contacted them on a 15" set of the same wheel and asked them if they could get the set I wanted and they did. Basically the wheels come as blanks and they machine them to your wants-- I bought a set of lug nuts for $23 from Speedway-- super duper easy! Free shipping and no tax rocks if you ask me

BEAMS!! Still adding a brace so technically not done but close!! I will say don't use 3/16" plate-- I had a 1/8" sheet here but it somehow grew legs. SO MUCH WELDING!!!

Pat is the GRAND PRIZE WINNER!!!! Pivot brackets! That's the passenger side basic shape. I need to see how hard it is to get a drill in that area of the cross-member because I am wanting to make the brackets wider than stock to accommodate off the shelf uni-ball cups. If you don't turn down the cups in a lathe they hit the bracket as it goes through the travel. So its my idea that you just widen the bracket (as well as tie it into the frame) then you don't have to mess with the lathe-- most guys have 87 types of drills but most don't have access to a lathe is my thinking.

Got the passenger side pivot done today. It's grabbing frame rail and an extra hole in the crossmember. Those extra holesountibg points and 3/16" should make be pretty stout. If anyone wants a HD pass pivot bracket that's totally bolt on (except the 2-extra mounting holes) I made some really nice patterns to make duplicates

It's staring to get serious! Spent the weekend getting a game plan and bending some tube. The a/c box makes things tight! At this point I can almost feel it going faster

Got some tubes build for the engine cage/coil over mounts. Still have a couple support tubes to put it but it's a whole lot close! I now know why the "plate-style mounts are so popular. Just takes a really long time to make sure all the angles match and miss that a/c box. It's truly a labor of love

For the first time I can start to see this thing dancing in my head!
