OG 94 Explorer Build
Re: OG 94 Explorer Build
Small update, picked these up for when I do the Dana 44 conversion.
I also ordered up a set of these in grey/blue, they should be done any day, I'm pretty excited.

Lookin good!
Re: OG 94 Explorer Build
Almost done with the mock up. The front is in it's final place width wise, and the rear tire is just sitting there in this picture. The full size stuff is bigger than I expected! Front and rear gears are at a buddies shop getting finished up. Should be back on the road very soon

Oh man. I forget how good these look with glass. Makes me want to tear into that pile of wide glass and full size beams and axles....
Nice job. It looks great.

Do they make wider glass or are you going to have to run a large offset? Or?

Re: OG 94 Explorer Build
There is wide glass out there for the rear. I think it was a private party that owned the mold, not a shop though

Interesting display of mission creep.Travisfab wrote:I guess one TTB Ford was not enough for me. Just picked this up. Going to keep it simple and build it old school style. No Led's, no coilovers, no fiberglass.
The work and truck looks great.
What are the plans with the A arm truck?
Re: OG 94 Explorer Build
Yeah, the snowball effect has definitely taken hold. I just fell in love with the truck honestly. The A arm truck is something to get me by until I'm done with the beam conversion. Want to buy it?

Getting close to putting everything back together, just taking my time & trying to do it right the first time.
