The thread is called "the Burb" on & they just posted a small update. They are supposedly going to try & get more pics, as it's progressing.

Thanks, finished the tubes for the fuel cell portion of the cage, and got it welded up

What method are you using to clean the tubing prior welding? DA sander??

Thanks, i put the tube in a vice and use a long 120 grit burr king belt. Ends up being a serious work out after a bunch of tubes! Wish we had a lathe

We just got another burr king, and some red scotch bright belts for it, makes life soo much easier

That's my buddy Wayne's Bronco, I think it is a 67. Built a new engine cage with 3.0 bypasses and new coilovers, mounting a wider axle, new cbr radiator full tube core support etc... Here are a couple old pics

Back half is geting there, still have to box the frame rails back to the bumpstop, and do shock mts. The open tube near the bypass is for the sway bar
