Thanks for the info travis.Travisfab wrote:
You will want to cut out the area in the yellow box. That flange is only needed if you are deleting your radiator core support.

Re: 95 f150 4x4
Thats my plan, cut the brace from the inside of the wheel well to bed side, put a jack in the push it out as far as i can w/o wrinkling the side, going to practice with the bed thats on there.....thanks for the guidance guys keep it comingRmc wrote:Not to get too ghetto fabulous on you but quite a few local kids cut the spot welds then press the bed sides out with a 2x4, hold em in place with the 2x4( between frame and inside of bed skin. Then take 1 inch conduit smash the ends flat. Bend it over 90, hold it to the frame mark the other side ( flat) then bend that side to 90 also. Kinda like a cheap brace in the shape of a Z. I'm not saying I would rock it but if buget is super tight 7 to 10 bucks for 3 or 4 tries is ready for race day. It Beats shredded tires anyday. Proving where there's a will theres a way.

Nice work........
Pop the chrome trim around the windshield off.....it just has little clips on it, will help for a better paint job.

Had a set back, wrong ratio in rear end from the frame donor truck, so went ahead and put a e 150 8.8 rear end in, gained 1.5 inches gonna be close with the pulled bedsides

Probably going to break done and get my own bender too, so thats going to put things behind, but its been long over due. Looking at the model 32 now, was using a friends model 4 and it was sweet but alittle pricey.
