Any close up shots of the wheels! I am digging the non beadlock, non simulated beadlock methods.

Re: 2004 FORD Sport Trac
Great build. My question is that I noticed the cage welded to the body in various places, but some of the tubes havent been fitted yet. How were the joins fully welded with the tubes hard against the sheetmetal? Surely none of them are left partially welded? Just curious.

Re: 2004 FORD Sport Trac
We cut holes in the cab to get to the top of the cage where the weld couldn't be gotten to from inside. It was a lot more work, a lot more $ and a LOT more time, but its done.AusBroncodoc wrote:Great build. More parts:
Cone Industries 9 inch skid plate
Bad a$$ water cooler holder
Getting rid of the Autorfab hood pins
Only reason I'm posting this is that its been impossible to find, but I finally found one yesterday
Not sure if I'm going to keep this, give it to my brother or sell it as I don't know when I'm going to do a engine/tranny swap

Re: 2004 FORD Sport Trac
What exactly are you going to use it for? Looks like something Beard or any other strap maker can easily make if they are really that hard to come by...AiiRaciing wrote:Only reason I'm posting this is that its been impossible to find, but I finally found one yesterday

I get straps that look like that for my tires from buddies at Yesco and Lamar. They are 4 ft long or so. They are used on billboards.
