I have always loved this truck. Those cab close outs look great. I can’t imagine it handling much better than before. Those videos of it in its first form are awesome.

That isn’t by chance an F600 behind the t-bird is it?

To be honest I haven’t been paying much attention lately to the other projects Ken has taken on.

My Golden decided to eat one of his toys and went septic so I’ve been dealing with him in the Veterinarians office with post opp visits. Hopefully he’ll come home in a day or two. I had to skip my off-road trip because of it. I might get to take her out next week for a day depending on the doggos condition. I did swing by and check out the progress though. The new exhaust sounds nice.

The only reason I asked about the possibility of it being an F600/650 is that I’m looking for some front fenders from one.

Your truck is looking solid as usual.

I was finally able to get out of the house for a bit today. My brother and I decided to do a little 4x4 trip in Big Bear. We only had time for Gold Mountain trail since I had to be back at 1500. Both trucks did good. The F100 got hot a couple times and we had to let her cool down but overall both trucks did well even without airing down. Was a good little trip. We tried to go yesterday but my brother got hit on the 91 in Colton and jacked his Rubicon up.

Door panels are just about done. I thing we might need a bezel for the handle boot to clean it up, but overall I’m happy.

She’s in for paint soon. Should I keep he white or mix it up? Kinda like the low key white for sleeper status. Could possibly add some color with a stripe like the current driver door has.

Not my truck so you be you, but I've always been partial to white. Stays cooler, doesn't show dirt or scratches as bad as darker colors and does help keep the sleeper status a bit.

Few updates. New shell is on, door panels are finished and upgraded to some JL 6.5’s and 6x9’s in the rear. The new roof rack is in the works and then we need to tie the rack to the cage for support. So close to getting this thing finished.

It's like an updated version of Tom's baja f250.

Did you end up adding any additional support for the shell? I wonder if Tom still has his F250.

Not yet. The plan is to run two hoops internally and sandwich the shell between them and the roof rack mounting plates.
I’ll post pics when finished.

As of early May, he did. We were running south of San Felipe in NORRA and I saw Tom's truck and Autofab John's truck parked alongside the course - they were spectating.
