Hello All,
I am wanting to mount a set of Superlite calipers on the rear of my 9". The flange is what you would find on a 83 bronco. So my housing is a non-floater basic stock design. A couple of my wish lists for this modification are; 1. Do not want to use a rear emergency brake. 2. Want to use an off the shelf 5 on 5.5" rotor-- the old CJ, or 77-96 F150/Bronco caliper is good or the old Suzuki Samari is fine due to the bolt pattern. 3. Cant obscure the four bolts that bolt the axle flange on 4. like to not use a bent braket but use 2D mounting bracket. 5. work with a 3.5" axle tube. 6. A weld on bracket is just fine as long as the the axle flange bolts are not obscured-- I like using the 3/8" "T-bolts" that came from Ford.
I forget the guy but a GFB member here sent me a diagram on a bracket and its great of him to send but Im hoping to find an off the shelf piece that doesn't require the $1600 kit that also uses the Wilwood rear calipers.
Thanks for any help,
Matt

Why are these brackets that are all nice and bent up not available like they are for GM calipers?

Howe makethese that use the GM caliper footprint:
the piston size might be a bit large for the rear, but a Wilwood proportioning valve would fix that. I'm seriously considering these for my D60 FF rear. Just an idea.-
