Cycled and welded. With a little work the beam still hits the frame.

Had to grind on the P-side now D-side beam mount to make everything clear.

On to the front which will not be so easy.

How much of the beam is left where the diff mounts?

None. The OX locker diff covers are weldable. I cut the center of the beam out and welded the diff cover in it's place. I will add a couple gussets from the cover to the remaining beam pieces in case my welds aren't the greatest........

So far I can pick the completely assembled beam up and carry it around pretty easily. Try that with a D44 beam.

So far I think it's about 45#'s lighter between the diff/spindles/brakes.
