Radius arms?
My friend owns a 84 bronco 4x4 and he had the beams widened 4 inches, my question is how long do the radius arms need to be and where should they mount on the beam (stock location or more closer to the spinlde) and where should they mount at the frame? also he has 4 inch drop brackets already on the truck. and does anyone make steering for beams that are extended 4 inches?

Re: Radius arms?
As far as I've heard, a set of extended radius arms will work perfect. They mount the same as well, as far as where theyre at on the beam.

Re: Radius arms?
length depends on who designs/builds them but I'd say 12-15" longer than stock is generally where they end up. The longer you go the less caster change you get through the suspension cycle. Personally I'd look at the frame and pick a good spot to mount the brackets that is 12-15" or so in back of stock. Make the mounts and then fab the radius arms to that.
As for mounting the radius arms out closer to the spindle or in more - that's kind of a double edged sword. Mounting them further out towards the spindle is a stronger design, but this makes the radius arm closer to tire and you will get some rubbing on full lock at turn. Most people design for a "happy medium" between these 2.

Some people extend the stock tie rods while others step up to a swing set type steering. And I'm sure there are "kits" out there for either.
