Looking to setup limit straps on the front end, I am planning to put them on the front shock tab of the axle, and then to the frame. so long as they are free to move and not rub on anything is there a problem with this method?

I am open to other ideas as well, thanks for the help guys

Re: Front limit straps
I went from the Hole below the brake line on the frame to the radius arm next to the shock the strap is a 12'' I think.
There is no substititute for Horsepower.

Re: Front limit straps
Dont see any issues with it...just make sure you account for stretch in the strap IRC a 1/2" per foot of strap

Re: Front limit straps
Limit straps showed up today, some of the sites showed double sheer tabs for mounting, will it be an issue using a single sheer mount on these? I know that they will get stretched to the limit, as my front end likes to lift a wheel now and again.
Thanks for the input, and I accounted for the 1/2 inch stretch per foot when I ordered em.

I've never had a problem with single shear.

Likewise, never had a problem with single shear, even using a GR 8 3/8" bolt, mounted to the radius arm behind the spring and shock. Have seen as many as 3 straps in parrallel in some installations!
