I just had a thought. I was wondering if anyone has notched the front frame for more up travel and to give the Bronco a more of a squatter stance for a lower center of gravity?

That's a good idea, I'm sure the crossmember is a huge issue. I still have a bit of shock left even after contacting the frame. I have it bumped before that though obviously.

Is anyone running Autofab front fenders that are 3 up and 3 out with a wider front end? What width? I have had them on my Bronco with a stock width front ended and 35" tires.

I have already done the lower Ball joint c\t and uniball conversion on a set of beams I have and I am making a Jig to extend the beams. I am making the jig so I can easily replace my beams if I damage them. My thought is to go with +3 per side on my beams. I plan to get my longer axles from Dutchman.

Nice... I know that RCV will also make custom length axles if you have the extra $$ to drop

How much plunge dose the P-side axle have with about 16" of travel?

Ours has 5/8" plunge using stock pivots and 1.5" wider per side to achieve about 18" travel. Most of the plunge is at droop.

I was thinking about running 7/8 uniballs on my cut/turn beams. Is this going to be enough for a non race speed F150?

Yes, It accually gives you a little more metal to weld the cup to. Glen at Complete Fabrication recommended 7/8" uniballs when he showed me how to do the C/T lower ball joint on my Bronco. That was for a Class 3/1450 race setup.

What are people typically running for shock valving in the front? I have a 2.0 coil carrier, and 2.5 2 tube bypass with basic C&T and giant style drop brackets. The bypass has full stack of .15's on compression and .12's on rebound. Both tubes look to be half closed.

Its just a 2.0 emulsion carrier. I bought it like this so just trying to see if any changes are needed, its pretty choppy over the small stuff, but soft on bigger stuff.

OK, another funny question since I don't have on on hand and don't plan on getting one for various reasons......

Can anybody give me an accurate dimension from the mounting face to the axle center line on a D44 TTB diff?

Robert?

Where did the TTB VS the rest of the world thread go? It needs to be sticky'd..........

Can't help with the 1st part of your question, but for the second part - here you go. I always just find it by searching gofastbroncos.com ttb vs the world on google. Comes right up

Hey doodes I have a question that I cannot seem to find the answer to hopefully someone can point me in the right direction. I just picked up some used radius arms with weld on brackets and cannot seem to find/figure where they go on the frame in relation to the stock? Thanks again and if o missed this topic by all means send me there

Bump the beams out, push them as far forward as possible, weld them on.
