Fabbed Coil Buckets

Post by VintageIronFab »

Hello All,
Ive got a pretty simple question about fabbed coil buckets. Of course you can just go out and buy a set and thats fine but since I have a lot of equipment doing that really doesnt make sense for me. My 96 has a dual setup now and I was at the salvage yard today and saw some of the single shock buckets. Has anyone just sliced off the single shock side of a stock bucket and built a much taller version thats Autofab/Camburgesqe?? Seems like a fairly straightforward project but its always nice to ask those who might have some advice to pass along.

Thanks,
Matt

There are folks that have done that or you can bend up a tube sort of like the auto fab buckets to catch the longer shock.
