Went with something simple. I tied an aluminum plate to the cage and kept the top padding for the vintage look. The electrical part is what took all the time to do! I simplified all the wiring to keep the essentials.

I dream of the day I don't have to smog my bronco. That's half the reason so I can completely guy the stock harness and start new with stand alone and chassis harness

Love this one. It's my alfa dash. Love the gauge setup & was thinking about doing something similar in my ranger years ago.

For some reason I personally dig the base aluminum ones vs. the "luxury prerunner" leather or suede wrapped ones. More "race-y" I guess. They also show off the craftsmanship a bit more.
