LUBE LOCKER TTD D44
Is the dana 44 ttb bolt pattern the same as a typical d44 axle so a Lube Locker gasket could be used on the 3rd member? Lube Locker offers 2 types of dana 44, HD and Non HD. I am not familiar enough with either pattern to know.

It’s always been my understanding that a Dana 44 is all the same pattern.

Yes that part they are all the same
