My AC isn't working under load, research has told me this is a vacuum leak in the system. I found a small hose tucked by my battery that must have come off and someone stashed(stereo shop). I need to figure out where it goes as I am hoping it may fix my problem.

Just a guess but this is pretty common- look at the pass rear fender -firewall intersection area. Look for a white plastic hose- you should be able to get back under the loom and find a good spot- just cut out and put flexible vac hose.

Mine is doing the same thing and I think that I have it figured out.

I barely touched this vacuum hose and it broke right off. The left side of the "T" in the picture, hose runs into the wire loom that goes to the firewall.

There is another black vacuum hose that comes out of the same wire loom and goes here.

I will fix it tonight after work and report back if it works.

Fixed! Replaced the line from the junk yard and wah-lah!
A/C is Ice cold and blows out the proper vents at all times. Make sure to replace or use a new one way valve as the original may not work correctly. I learned that today.

Again, don't forget to check or replace the plastic "T" one way valve. It almost had me chasing the problem further than needed. Good luck man!!
