80-86 factory tach wiring.

Found a factory tach to put into the kids truck (didn't come with one) and need to know what goes where from the four posts on the rear. Any insight is greatly appreciated.

Do you have just the tach? Or the whole cluster? If you have the whole cluster just plug it in. If just the gauge it's going to take a bit of work and finding a whole cluster will be way easier.

I do have the complete cluster. But it's not salvageable. Has a fried circuit in the ribbon thingy. Plus, there are no wires in my connector.

Odd that your truck is missing the wires. Every 80-86 truck and Bronco I have seen was wired for a tach.
