Tie rod flip vs extended pitman arm

Post by campbbg »

My new c&t beams just arrived and I am planning on finally lifting my truck this weekend. I have everything figured out except the steering.

I can't decide between flipping the TRE's to the top or getting a drop pitman arm. I searched but didn't see anything spelling out the pro's and con's of each.

So if anyone has some advice throw it out there.

You don't need either unless your using drop down brackets. Factory pivots = factory steering.

I got it now I must have missed it somewhere that it was only needed for brackets. Thanks for the help guys.
