Anyone have any idea what size rubber "spin the bolt to tighten style" freeze plugs would be good for keeping the oil/grease in and unwanted stuff out of the diff and spindles? 1.3"?
I figure someone here may have done this before and know the answer. Otherwise I'll go to AZ, get a spindle bearing, find the right size plug for it and return the bearing.
I'd like to have a set on hand so I can pull the axles if necessary. Since this is my DD I'd like to be able to pull the axle shafts to replace joints and clearance the yoke without causing significant down time or rushing the job.

Both shafts are about 1.315 at the seal.

I'm going to pick up four of these tonight.

Maybe I'll test them when I replace rotors this weekend.
