Fuel line size

For an 89 Bronco. the supply line is 5/16 with a 5/16 connectors correct? But what about the return line, is that 5/16 or 3/8? What about the connector size on the sending unit?

Return size from the sending unit is 3/8, supply is 5/16

You always want the return size to flow at least as much as supply or it'll raise your fuel pressure. Not sure on the sizes myself, but the return is at least the same size.

typically on a hot rod-- if you have a -6an supply you run the same as a return.
