Help a dummy...

So I've noticed a couple times that guys are able to put attached pics (pics hosted here - not on photosuckit or similar) in the middle of their text and I don't know how to do that. I've always just attached the pics and they end up at the bottom of the post. I'm sure there's something simple I'm missing or doing wrong but I don't see how to get um in the middle or at the top of the post before the text.
Does it have to do with when you click the "add the file" button?

EDIT: I just checked out greaselifes thread and I think you are asking about posting how he did, not like my now deleted example.

OK, got it. After you attach the file, click "place inline" right next to it and it will add it to the body of your thread/post rather than attach it at the end.
