A gripe???
Well not really, but I am a picky bastard so bear with me...
Just noticed once the early bronco forum came up the "old" bronco forum was changed to "big" broncos. Big broncos are the 78&79 ones. All else are little sissy ones... Well, not really but I do consider the 78 & 79 as bigger. Is it worth another breakdown in forums or will that open up another can of worms with people then wanting to break down by gen.???? Oh and then where would the front end conversion trucks Chris P likes to bitch about go????
Sorry for the waste of space - just enjoying my friday morning!

Re: A gripe???
Griping is not allowed on GFB!
I always thought of anything 78 and up as a "Big Bronco". Don't they have the exact same wheelbase and track width?

Re: A gripe???
I'd have to look up track width and wheel base but I bet you are right. Still the 70's ones just LOOK bigger. Don't get it but they do. Maybe it's because anything after 80 gets all sissified!?!?

My sissy Bronco whoops all over anything you got. I suppose the Lightning and Crew are sissy too?ChaseTruck754 wrote:I'd have to look up track width and wheel base but I bet you are right. Re: A gripe???
I think the real sissy truck is your Tacoma, choice of pom pom charring cheerleaders everywhere. I never asked, do you have matching green pom poms for it?ChaseTruck754 wrote:Of course!

Re: A gripe???
Green?? The truck is black...
Therefore my pom poms are PINK!
And yes I know for sure the Taco is the sissy of the pack. There is a reason it will be fore sale as soon as I get off my butt and finish something! I got it so I would have something with a bed while the big truck was under construction. I was hoping it would get decent gas mileage as a DD and would be something I could use to still go out to the races, etc.

Re: A gripe???
Yup - drives a taco that Philo has been bugging me to buy... As mentioned - it's a temporary deal. That was known from the day I bought it.
While it's a little "light weight" and new for my normal deal I will admit it is a good looking truck

yes - I do agree you need your vision checked. 1st it was the 80-86's and then stretching the rear of the bronco. Man you might as well get your head checked while they are looking at your eyes... hahaha

Now CT doesnt have to cook, clean and wash and paint his g/f's toe nails for two weeks, maybe he can get off his butt and do some manly work on his truck(s)BajaBronco13 wrote:Oh snap! Re: A gripe???
Not the just welder but the inop pump on the cooler. Had I been there longer I could have fixed all your problems.ChaseTruck754 wrote:Naw - I've been fighting with my welder and these stupid, Ford body mounts instead...

Re: A gripe???
and I would have loved to have turned it over to you. Another buddy came over and looked at it after you left but we came to the same conclusion - I could fix it but it would have taken some fab time - which I didn't want to give up. I'm looking online for a part today but no luck so far...
