That was awesome! Love the steel braided limit straps!
Re: Rally Bronco!
Though that does not look like Spirit radius arms the rest of the work on the suspension looks like Spirit work. They would build stuff and send overseas for rally type racing. Very cool video.

I was going to say it had that Spirit signature as well.damon1272 wrote:Though that does not look like Spirit radius arms the rest of the work on the suspension looks like Spirit work. They would build stuff and send overseas for rally type racing. Very cool video.

Re: Rally Bronco!
Rally Raid rules are very different to, say the Baja 1000, etc. Suspension travel is limited ( 10 or 12 inches, from memory), the roll over structure is very different and many of the stages are designed around navigational skills, rather than a laid out course (much the same as DAKAR, only shorter in length).

It doesn’t take much for these trucks to rip. Don’t have to have huge tires and a full floater.

It had a 9" floater in it.Tchajagos wrote:It doesn’t take much for these trucks to rip. Don’t have to have huge tires and a full floater.
Nice to see the 2 shocks angled to the sides behind the axle. The Barge had the same set-up. Really helped with sway.

It 'pushed' in the rain around a road course too... sounds good
