With the f150 i'm planning to put a 3rd seat in so no need for the center console. It has the hardware to bolt it down, its in good shape. Home Depot runner got a tire upgrade. I went with the km2's as I've always had good luck and have been happy with bfg's. They are a lot quieter than I was expecting on the street.
