Re: PCI Thank you for the Lowrance GPS Cheat Sheet
I still run a couple of the old Lowrance 5in mono chromatic GPS. The use the .use files. I got them back in early 2000 and I use to prerun and Mark the MDR courses back then. I always had fun making detailed GPS maps out at Plaster City and in Baja. I was thinking of getting a Garmin USB GPS antenna...

https://www.ruggedradios.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=2923 Can be used for a UHF antenna, too. I put a little stubby antenna on there... looks cool and fills the hole. I really like those antenna mounts. I will be running a Kenwood TK-790H dual band TK-890H radio setup and a hig...

Engine Builder and Machine shop
I am thinking about my motor for the Bronco. I am looking for a builder that can either rebuild a 351w with all the proper clearances and upgrades for a 408w stroker. I can source the major parts, but I am not experienced in V8 building. I use to rebuild 2 stroke dirtbike motors growing up. I am goi...

Superduty Knuckle on a Dana 50 TTB
I was wondering if anyone has put a unit bearing knuckle from a F350 to a Dana 50 TTB front axle. I have a 1999 f350 and I like the automatic hub lock, but it still has a manual lock on the hubs. I have Dana 50 beam ends, but I have not welded them in yet. I was wondering if the Superduty knuckles w...

Re: 1990 go fast bronco “Eddie “
Axle is all welded up! Next it will be getting a back brace some mounts and figure out what I’m doing for hubs. Nice, I have toyed with the idea of doing my own 9" full floater. I hope to get a new fixture table this next year and it would be perfect to keep everything straight while welding things...

I wonder what guy's running paddle tires do for front tires. Is anyone running paddles up front also? I was considering straight Hooked paddle tires in the rear, but a desert track style from Sand Tires Unlimited. Not sure yet. I plan to run 37's for hard packed, maybe 35's for the dunes. On our old...

1972 Bronco rear Lower quarter Panels
I have a set of New Dennis Carpenter lower quarter panels that are uncut. Great quality. The reason I am selling them is that I decided to go with Cut and flared to fit bigger tires for Off-Road. I know I can cut these and if I don't sell them, I may do that. I was considering fiberglass lowers. We ...

Also, What is better for the Bronco, Deaver Q80 or J40. Or are both just ok. Whats the difference? I am leaning 64" from Geoff Falzone or 3 link. 3 link would be cheaper for me if metal prices stop going through the roof and the 64's would be $1400 for the leaf pack. I can fabricate everything myse...

Re: Ball joints
I'm bringing back this discussion. How are the TTX ball joints holding up to abuse on the Bronco's??? I have always used Napa Blue boot ones. But it's time to rebuild my beams. I already converted the pivot's to Uniball. I was looking at the Desolate Extreme Terrain Ball joints and the RCV ball join...

Re: Random updates... what are you working on?
Nice, I have a CT330 stroker motor in my 250r. I completely rebuilt it, split the case's and put a NOS CT top end. I have a 2006 Honda trx450er with a stage 2 hot cam I ride now and love it and electric start is nice now that I am in my 50's. I have too many toy's, I have the 450, a 400ex, a 1990 Ya...

I am remodeling the house and we have everything in the house going in the garage. Now the 72 Bronco is being overtaken. [emoji3064]. With my back problems I worked out a deal with a friend to do the heavy lifting when doing the 72 Body on the 86 chassis. Before I chop the body, I need to take the 7...

I may have to look at Cho's steering and see if I can copy it.
Anyone have any pictures of crosover steering with straight tie rods like Cho's or other?

Re: Installing left inner tie rod??
I know this is a old thread, but searching Tire Rod stuff is not working for me. Has anyone used a offset heim joint tie rod end on their steering. It might help with clearing a swing set setup and make it so no bend is needed on the cross over tie rod. I was thinking to use them at the knuckles. An...

Re: Rear shock valving??
One thing I was told and have always done is run 200 psi of Nitrogen. The pressure really is for cavitation and keeps the oil stable without expansion. The Nitrogen psi is not like an air shock for ride height. I don't have them on yet, but I am putting some King 3.0x18 king shocks with a single ble...

Thanks Todd
A bit high priced for what I need and in a lot better shape than what I need since I am going to cut them up.

Early Bronco fenders needed
Hey guys, I am looking for Early Bronco fender, both sides. They can be crunchy and dented. I am stretching the front end about 6 inches in the middle of the wheel wells. So I need 8 -10 inches of each wheel well.
Let me know what you got.
Thanks
