Did you see Al's (AIP Diesel) truck? He did 12" c/o's and looks awesome. He has the cut template for the beam pivots if you don't want to invent the wheel. He's a good dude, worked on my truck a little while ago.

Nighthawk!
So I know it's been a while since I've updated this thread, but I'm having sine issues. When I did the 9 inch swap I put the thunderbird calipers on that PaulW is running and rotors from from an 02 Kia Sportage. They are the closest in thickness to a stock Thunderbird rotor, 5x5.5 Bolt pattern and a...

Air Bag Removal and Grounding Circuits???
That's really weird, mine hasn't beeped at all. Both sensors up front are removed, airbag unplugged, and bulb removed with a resistor. No beeping ever. Before I pulled the bulb I got code 12 on the light.

Air Bag Removal and Grounding Circuits???
I didn't take the wiring out or the beeper, but yes, I pulled all the sensors and unplugged the airbag since I still have the stock wheel. I pulled the bulb out for the airbag light and ohm'd it and put a resistor in. I used to just have tape over it but I had the cluster out to replace the psom so ...

Spirit coilover mounts???
When I talked to spirit back when I built mine, Jeremy said he couldn't find the files anymore for the cuts. After playing phone tag with him, the last time we spoke he said would pass on making them. I went to autofab and walked out the door with a set of his. Great pieces and no issues at all. Sen...

Re: Nighthawk!
Hey CS you are welcome to this master. It has about 1.5 miles on it, I removed it and put the stocker back on. I just have the boost to make it work. I think I paid $50 or so dollars for it and the stock brake level sensor slides right in the bottom. If you'd like to make an offer let me know. On an...

Re: Nighthawk!
Yeah it was bolt on, if you get the 02 then the rear brake fitting is the correct size for the rear line and just threads right in. You don't need to use that giant residual valve that is mounted to the stock master. It has a 1-1/4" bore opposed to the stock 1-1/8". I went ahead and ordered a new bo...

Re: Nighthawk!
So I finally swapped pumps last night and it definitely turns better, not perfect though. I am able to turn about 1/4-1/3 each direction and then it sounds like it starts to bypass. I am able to turn all the way each direction with force when last pump I couldn't really turn at all. I'm thinking of ...

2.5" C/O Spring Weights??
I'm 450/500 and I feel it's a tad stiff in the mall parking lot. Off road is good though. May still go to 350/500 since I have the coils already.

4.88 and 35's?
I'm happy with the gears. I did it with the assumption that some day I'll go to 37's and don't want to regear again. Very streetable and great off road.

That is a great question. I don't think the ratio is there. There probably isn't enough range in the speedo.

Bigger Fuel Tank on my 92 F150
If you don't want to fab anything, then get the f26e tank from an F-superduty. It's 33 gallons, about 7 inches shorter and you don't need a new crossmember. Only works because you putting it in the truck frame. Fuel door location is the same. OBS guys do it all the time and it's on my radar to get r...

It's a really nice system, quality is great. The only thing is the ratio on the relay arms. The bronco is at my parents so I can't measure but it's very close to a 2:1 ratio. I wish the push rods were closer to the tie rods. Maybe a 1.5:1 ratio would be better. What's involved with ram assist? Obvio...
