Re: Huckfeast!
If FJB and Dr Fauchi-stein remove their entry restrictions, I could make an appearance. Mick might come along, too. Come to think of it, I'll need another Geiser rental to flog in the dunes. ;) Just come in through Mexico    I'd have to brush up on my Spanish, but if I was unencumber...

Re: This site.
I might even be able to squeeze this in, IF sleepy joe drops his stupid entry restrictions. We'll have to wait and see. No THAT'S a commitment! I hope this works out, it'd be good to see you again, Rod. Me too, Mate. It will be good to catch up with everyone at some stage and renew friendships. :D

Re: Rod's 84 BabyBajaF100
Sounds like a solid set of heads. I cant remember the valve sizes on the Clevelands but could you have gone to a bigger valve? Fords tend to undersize them. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk These are 2.07" intake, 1.65" exhaust. Plenty big enough for a tough street weapon. Bigger valves don't rea...

Re: Rod's 84 BabyBajaF100
Maybe I missed it but are you running stock heads? Should be a cool site to see when you get them on. Yes, running 2V open chamber heads. The bowls, short turn and valve guide bosses have been ported and reshaped, single groove 2V valves in bronze guides with cromo retainers, locks and HD springs. ...

Hey Rod how's that motor comin? Hey, Randy. Mick picked up my cylinder heads from Flowcraft last saturday, and being I'm up at the mine until Saturday, They will have to wait until I get home and find the time to bolt them on. I'll take some pics of the port work Flowcraft did, they are magnificent...

Re: "Blanc-Oh!", my distraction
I really need to get one of these signs made and posted. From somewhere in Nevada: https://photos.smugmug.com/photos/i-3T3SDd4/0/bce27e5f/M/i-3T3SDd4-M.jpg If I put that up at my place, there'd be a zero dark thirty visit from the black coated thug patrol, with machine guns and stun grenades. At th...

Re: "Blanc-Oh!", my distraction
Great job! I might have to get you to make a second set for mine. First, I'd have to work out how to get it all to downunder without taking out a second mortgage.

Thanks, Steve. Sad the hear the crew has to go. I would have liked to see it driven at least once, but, oh well.

Re: Rod's 84 BabyBajaF100
Looking good Rod! That should be a nice power plant for the F100. How are you dealing with the oil passage issues? Will you run propane or will this now just be ran on petrol? My uncle built a stroker FE and had restrictors put in the heads for the same reason. Its worked well so far, but it hasn't...

And, in my usual fashion, I forgot to take pictures during the short engine assembly, but I managed a few AFTER I bolted on the windage tray and set it's clearances: Pic 1 P1010108.JPG Pic 2 P1010109.JPG I have installed the timing chain set since this was taken and the cover is now on. I'll try and...
