Re: ARB AIR LOCKER

Years ago, I worked at ARB in Melbourne, making bullbars and tyre carriers for various vehicle types. On my breaks, I used to go watch the CNC's machining the pieces for the lockers. ALL the castings are from China. Almost all the other gear from ARB is sourced from China or Thailand. It is importan...

Re: "Blanc-Oh!", my distraction

I've no doubt it's the same word I use when I'm looking for mail order parts for the F truck and see the postage cost they think I'm gonna pay, usually followed immediately by 'off'.

I want you to buy another Bronco.
Done. Kind of!
You didn't buy the old '84 back, did you? ;)

Personally, I'd grind to the limit of the dampers, + a couple of extra thou. That way, even the possibility of it 'might' get there will be covered.

Thanks Rod! It’s exactly what I was looking for. I’m trying to figure out a way to have my cab/body sit lower AND get more up-travel like Eric’s SuperCab @Mxnmud on Insta. Terra Crew did a full video on his SuperCab. He dropped the body 3”.
No probs, Mate. Sorry I took so long.
Cheers.

Those are my old coil buckets!
They surely are, Nick. They've traveled a long way, huh? :D
Indeed! When will they be going on the truck?
After the roadworthy inspection and registration.

Re: 80 - 96 fuel flap door bolts.

Glad to see this get sorted! I've not long got home from 10 days at the mine and I'm wrecked. At 60, it's hard work with the 12 hour+ days and 100 degree days. I have a day off tomorrow, so once I get the F100 out of the garage in the morning, I'll pull a coil bucket and throw you some measurements...

Re: 80 - 96 fuel flap door bolts.

@ Chasetruck754: That'll work for me if it's ok with Todd.

@ Toddz69: Let me know what I owe you and I'll fix it up once I get home.

Thanks for the help, guys.

Ok - I got half a dozen of the screws for you yesterday. Been a long time since I’ve sent anything to Australia so send me a DM with your info and I’ll see about options in getting them to you. Re: 80 - 96 fuel flap door bolts.

I’m not sure if I’m understanding exactly what you need. I looked at my local yard and all of the fuel doors are attached to the body by some riveted studs. When I look on the backside, there are some nuts there but they’re definitely larger than 8 mm or 5/16. Is that what you’re looking for? I thi...

Awesome. I’ll go look Monday.
It seems I'll be home Sunday instead. They have extended my stay, so as soon as I get home and have 5 mins, I'll pull one out of the rack and take pics and measurements for you.

I can go look at our junk yard, if your willing to post up those measurements you said you would on the coil buckets.
I get home Wednesday coming (I hope), I'll measure them and post them up. Sorry, I forgot all about it.

All the dual shock set-ups I've seen have them inline front to rear, with the coil over behind and the bypass up front.

80 - 96 fuel flap door bolts.

I need a half dozen 80 - 96 fuel flap door bolts. They are some weird thread no-one stocks in my neck of the woods. If you have any, let me know.
