Re: Central Cal peeps

They call that "The Valley Lift" all those poor souls go out and lift their trucks too tall. The popo busts them but they have too much money in chrome plating or powder coating on the lift and suspension components so they take off their 44" monster mudders and put on 33's instead. They are now leg...

Re: Norra 1000

Man only twelve more days. I can't wait for another chance behind the wheel at the happiest race on earth.

This chase thing that Dave Cole is putting together is right up any self respecting GFBer's alley. I'm surprised we don't have a squadron of Broncos helping out.

Re: Monthly Night Time Local Meet-up?

At the in-n-out in Menifee, corona, and riverside they do prerunner meets Thursday nights from 7-9pm. I've been to the Menifee one a few times. After 9 the guys from the Menifee one goto a local spot and jump their trucks. I haven't attended the jump portion cause I work for a living lol but the pr...

Re: Off the Jackstands Bronco Fun Run

I won't be making any trips until after April. I'm saving all my bullets for the Norra Mexican 1000. My friend John and I will be racing the Autofab F100 spare parts truck again this year and this is my only focus right now. Here's a thought. With the separate routes for bikes, vintage and evo class...

Re: DUSY ERSHIM TRAIL - AUG '15

Thanks for the insight Dan. The video doesn't do justice to the obstacle for sure. I think I would plan to throw on junk yard fender skins, remove the glass and top. Maybe build some half doors. The biggest concern is getting through with 35's and my low swung Sterling. The front won't support 37's...

Re: DUSY ERSHIM TRAIL - AUG '15

From what I know of the trail its not the rocks as much as the trees that get the full size rigs. Its simple math. Bronco is 6'6" wide trees are 6'0" apart with no bypasses. Just kind smash your way through in places I guess. I'm half tempted to back pack the trail just so I can watch. It can be the...

Its been way too long since I was there. I'll start a feeler thread to see if there's interest.

I think Brian is losing his mind. A trip to Hammertown and he's ready to put a straight axle in and go bash some sheet

It was an awesome weekend with good food and even better people. Thank you to all who showed up and contributed to the table of food. Dinner was fantastic and breakfast was delicious. This really is one of my favorite weekends of the year and I'm looking forward to the next year.

Re: HuckFeast 2015

No Nick or Brian this year. 3 of my plus 6 are kids, so they'll eat light. Don't worry about providing leftovers for the next morning. Jeff and I are changing up breakfast this year and will have everything handled. Well that just bites. And I'm not talking about breakfast either. Hell I might as w...

Re: HuckFeast 2015

Well the holidays are nearly behind us and Huckfest planning should commence soon. I had a real BBQ master offer to cook us up some real Santa Maria style tri tips for dinner and if there are no objections I think I'll take him up on his offer. What do you guys think? I don't think said BBQ master ...
