Re: Lets talk seats.
Stock bench is 80lbs. I made the frame for the 3rd seat and it picks up all the factory holes and uses the factory harware. I use a Crow cam style lap belt in the PRP bucket. Sent from my SM-G960U using Tapatalk Thank you! The interior of your rig looks a lot like mine! I got the same grey interior...

Lets talk seats.
This set up is perfect for my family of 3. Still leaves a ton of room for packing gear and be able to put the spare inside for go fast desert trips. With that seat mount out of the cab for baja trips when it's just me and a buddy my 150qt cooler goes where the seat mount is and I use those silver ti...

Re: Ryan's '96
Happy to hear that it's running smooth and strong! So the E303 has a nice idle quality to it and you think it'll pass emissions? (I'm in Phoenix too). I've read varying opinions on the E303 cam. I'm looking at a crate engine right now that has that cam and was curious about its idle characteristics...

So when I set out to build this motor, torque was the main goal, these things weigh 6k. Making it pass smog and make power from idle to 4k rpm was the focus and why I chose to keep the e303 cam, that rpm is its sweet spot. Kritters build was similar to mine and he makes 360ish ft lbs. I'm super happ...

Awesome! The numbers seem low for a 408.? Am I wrong?? My cousin just had his rebuilt Maruzzi 351w Dyno at 283hp and 325tq. I’m definitely not a motor guy by any means. I just thought a 408 would scream. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk I kinda thought the same thing based on what others thought ...

Where to start... March of 2019 we pulled the motor and sent it off to have the 408w assembled. I had been stockpiling parts for a few years with 200k miles being the end goal to pull the motor and refresh everything for the next decade of abuse. I found a brand new stroker crank on CL, some connect...

Seat of the pants feels pretty good. It makes power where I use if most and that was the goal of the build.

Underhood plumbing
I'm sorry I should explain better. How are people relocating the canisters fuse boxes and such that have to be moved to an engine cage? Some underhood shots of where people found spots for all the stuff that comes off the inner fenders. Sent from my moto g(6) using Tapatalk Kritters build thread ha...

Flashlights and Batteries
I've gotten away from standard flashlights and went to a headlamp. I use them for work, hunting/camping and offroad trips. I like having my hands free and light wherever I'm looking. Those rayovacs are tried and true, I still have a few floating around in vehicles. Soft Digits Headlamp Flashlight, 8...
