Even cutting the beam out at the end requires you to re-clock the differential. Not sure the effect cutting it further up the beam would have, but I would spend some time investigating. Got a few hours yesterday to head out to the shop. Got the brakes on the rear axle and got all the chassis side brake plumbing done. Hey Will, not sure how to DM from tapatalk on the phone. Also, I'm not familiar with what you mean by a 6? All the rings are 24 bolt. Check and make sure your KMC is as well, mine were not.
