Re: The Motley Crue: White '97 OBS Crew Cab Build

Punisher valve body installed, and pretty trans pan to top it off. I had a valve body on my '94, but that was an AOD-E, so the valve body was from Broader Performance, and I have to say, the difference is a lot more noticeable with the Punisher. I'm loving the nice firm shifts! https://live.staticf...

Damn that head unit is nice. I really wanted to go with it, but the price tag dissuaded me. There are a couple Chinese versions that only do android auto, but im an iPhone guy for life.

Re: The Motley Crue: White '97 OBS Crew Cab Build

my $.02. This truck is stupid clean. Once you add coilovers the bug starts building to add width, add glass, add tire. etc etc. An Autofab adjustable bucket and coils with a 2.5" smoothie or IBP kinda keeps the snowball in check to an extent. Keeps it comfortable and capable while maintaining the am...

Top of the bumper for sure. The first time you slip and smack your chin after a dawn patrol sesh, you'll wish you had.

oh man that came out nice...

If the current skid plate doesn't inhibit any flow through the factory holes in the bumper, leave it as is. Keeps it as clean as possible.

Electric = Auto shuts off when not actively spraying.
Not always Will.....
funny you say that, because i drug mine out to wash my work truck and its doing something weird where it pulses while not spraying. Runs fine while spraying.

All of the higher end models should have auto-shutoff.

Re: Radius arms

Be advised you will have to change up the mounting on your beams to accept the desolate arms, their setup is proprietary Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk this. They have a proprietary bracket that welds to the back of the beam. It's very pretty and works very well though. https://www.tacomaworld....

Re: Pressure Washer Recommendations

also, my thoughts on having used both an electric pressure washer, and a gas one. Gas = more power. Gas = LOUD Gas = must have fuel around Gas = constant on. Throttle adjusts, but it's on until you're done. Electric = less power Electric = quiet Electric = on-demand power. Auto shuts off when not ac...

Re: The Motley Crue: White '97 OBS Crew Cab Build

Autofab likes to re-use the factory brake line ends at the caliper since they help route the line away from trouble. Hopefully that should eliminate issues with rubbing, and all I have to worry about is the length. That's the way I've done mine. Used to take a set of stock brake lines to Mesa Hose ...

Or just go coilovers and run hardlines down the radius arms because we all know that's where it's going eventually...
haha!

We all go there eventually... lol.
