You can shoehorn in an air to air cooler, there room. Was able to get the stock dodge one in there with my cummins conversion with the a/c condenser and trans cooler. Where you put that turbo is another story.

That is a wide open questions. You can piss away a ton of money on a big setup. For simple general smaller stuff you can get away with a 165 diversion. Not too much of a duty cycle but enough for a small shop and if you aren't in a hurry. Depends on if you want a foot control or torch control, water...

Cheapest easiest thing to do is check the ring ( make sure the teeth aren't damaged) and replace the sensor. Bad speed sensor will not code up but will affect the transmission shifting and ABS along with speedo read out.
