Thanks guys, I don't go on forums that often anymore. Family life has taken over for a while, having too much fun with the kids and camping!

Re: Power Steering Pump Upgrades/Coolers
Get a power steering bracket and pump out of an e-series van. They bolt right up to your 302 - 351 and use a common saginaw pump!!

He's got 17" KMC's not sure on tires yet. They will be a 37" tire though. Those are just some of his old ProTruck tires and wheels. He's just taking it to get some plumbing done then back to finish the back section and body work and paint!!

Here's a Bronco we're building at work for a customer 8-) Giant Motorsports 2wd front beams and rear 4 link. 2.5" King coil overs and 3" King bypasses. It was his old race truck but decided he wanted a 4 seater street truck. So here we go!! http://i911.photobucket.com/albums/ac319/BajaDale/182660_10...

Re: Kritter's 96 Bronco
Cage design has way more to do with strength than tubing diameter. 2" is overkill, NASCAR does not even use that big of tubing and they hit walls at a much higher speed. I'm thinking more about fatigue than worried about calcs, if you build a good 2" .120 wall cage it's good the life of the truck. ...

Re: Kritter's 96 Bronco
I would prefer to do mine in 1.75 DOM but I'd really like to make it race legal so I can enter this thing for fun every once in a while. The problem for me is dealing with the rear seats and being able to access them. It's difficult to build something that has no trade offs. removable cross/seatbel...

Re: Zach's 94 Build
Funny thing you mention the timing cover. This was a huge question i had when i started putting all the pieces together. After talking to a ton of people and getting a different answer from all of them I talked to Fords SVT tech line. After giving them the part number of the cover they were able to...

Re: Zach's 94 Build
Not trying to sound like a "know it all" but the early timing covers don't work with the reverse rotation water pump. The ports that lead into the water pump go the wrong way? I've done this conversion a few times now. Just trying help before you get too far into the installation!! ;) Hmm. Good to ...
