Re: E4OD IN/Out Fitting Size???
Digging this back up. Also curious if anyone knows the fitting sizes for the radiator connection? Just installed a new radiator, and cannot get the lower line to seal for the life of me. I'm wondering if the threads in the radiator itself may be bad. What radiator did you use Will and plastic or al...

I'd say if you have plans on doing anything else to the motor then its a great place to start. A tune after those mods will be the biggest benefit.Crazy Horse wrote:I forgot to ask, do you feel that the money spent was worth the results?

Re: Let’s talk Motor upgrades ! Non Stroker..
Has anybody bought the Edelbrock Power package. Cam, aluminium heads, and truck intake. Just add JBA headers. Sounds easy enough, lol. Thats what im thinking for my 96 5.8L and then then go to the dyno shop. I ran that set up for 10 years and now its feeding my 408 Sent from my SM-G960U using Tapata...

Save your money for good heads. Your ECU will easily compensate for your current intake mods. You're injectors are nowhere near maximum capacity.

That truck is looking great! Punisher has those valve bodies dialed. Whenever I get asked about what upgrades to do first from new guys I always say a punisher and rear locker. Keeps the trans happy and the power down!

Fat fender garage in Gilbert would be a good resource for a power steering pump also.

Re: Let’s talk Motor upgrades ! Non Stroker..
I need to do something about the pitiful power and poor mpg's. I'd be OK with the mpg's if it made 300+ HP and I'd be OK with the low power if got ~50% better mileage. My '91 Sub with a 350, 700R4, 3.73's, and 285R16's under a ~4" lift got 16 by the GPS if I did my part. When I didn't do my part it...

Cool that you and your Wife take the Bronco on these trips Ryan.....good job. Thanks Jim, we look forward to summer trips and this was a good one all things considered. This was JD dam, lots of ducks and huge frogs all over the place. Tons of elk sign and even some bear scratches on the far side. h...

We planned on going to the North Rim for a few days on our way back home but the Magnum fire had 89A closed down and Jacob's Lake was evacuated... we hit the road for Flagstaff and found a road to Whitehorse Lake where we camped out in the Kaibab forest for a night. Ryan - if you're still in the Powell/Horseshoe bend are do upper or lower (or better yet both!) antelope canyon. You have to book a tour since it's on Navajo land but it's so worth it! Corona hit the Navajo nation pretty hard so we will save that for another trip but it's on the list for sure. Hors...

Does the front axle spin freely drooped out like that? Would expect yokes to bind up and snap if spinning while dropped like that. We clearanced the heck out of ours and still could not get that much angle out of them. Now we run an RCV CV joint in the crossover joint. Hey Chris. This was before we...

More shock service, Bilsteins this time. Finally got a look inside the ACV on the resi's but forgot to take pictures... pretty unique with a separate piston and valve stacks with the compression side having a spring loaded valve. Both limit straps were over stretched allowing the u joints to bind an...
