Re: Brian's '96
Who else is getting too old to lift 125lbs of tire and wheel on to a hub that won't hold it's position? I mean come on! My back can't take this anymore, so I started whittling out some hub-centric spacers for the front end to make it quicker and easier....just like race car parts. Still haven't had ...

Re: Brian's '96
Finally converted to a 1350 shaft after twisting one at the 500 this year. There wasn't a u-bolt yoke available for the Sterling, but I found these awesome caps from Great Lakes Offroad. Had to machine the bore .075 deeper to get the holes to align and take .030 off of the height, but they came out ...

Re: Brian's '96
Late to the party as usual. What did you ever do with the front shock's? weren't you looking for springs? On the rear, I would suggest going to a bleed poppet on the long comp tube. It will really make it ride nice in the chatter. And light springs if you don't all ready have them. I just ordered n...

Agreed.BDKW1 wrote:One of the things killing it for Me is the whole picture posting thing. The whole PB thing just took the wind out of My sails. The new revamped DR lets you upload pictures directly to the sit without all the third party hosting. So much simpler.

Re: Was it something I said?
It was something you did Ollie....sold your Bronco. What a d-bag. I think anyone who is/was involved with various forums could see a sharp decline in activity. Sure there are a few booming forums left, but just as Brandon and others said, alternate forms of social media have gained favor. I always h...

My son sent you a text about this. Did you ever sell it? If not, he definitely wants it.

Re: My VERY mild DD
Vacuumed out the cylinders, checked for debris with an inspection scope, and started rotated the motor back and forth by hand in a last ditch effort last week. The motor turned, threw it back together and it runs like a top, guess it's not for sale unless someone has a lot more money in their pocke...

Not room for 2 high rate springs, but might be able to get a 5"-6" tender in there.BDKW1 wrote:I can check the length but I'm guessing that you would not have room to fit 2 of them and a slider.
Working on getting Ronnies #.

Big ass coil springs.
Need some help fellas. I broke a coil on my 4" coilovers. Nobody has anything close on hand that I've found to date. Eibach doesn't have the capacity for anything with a 4.5" inside diameter. PAC Spring can make them for $600-$800 each, but they're 6 to 8 months lead time. Fabtech doesn't know their...

Thanks Aaron. I think I've got one in the works now. Will definitely keep this one in mind if it falls through.Bajaluv wrote:I've got my old 8.8 out in the yard, I believe it has 4.10 gears. Complete and slowly disappearing in the lawn in lemon Grove.
