96 has a small body line about 1" from the bottom of the door. All 96+ F150, F250, F350, Bronco have this style door.
The earlier style door will work but someone like me will point it out and make fun of you for the rest of your days.

"Gumby" The 67 F100 Prerunner
I finally got a clean steel grill thanks to Ryan Piggott, Dan200, and SDHQ. Ryan sold me the grill he had been hanging onto for years and then Dan200 and SDHQ were able to transport it to Parker and give to me a few days ago. I plan on finding some matching steel headlight doors and then having it p...

"Gumby" The 67 F100 Prerunner
Picked up some goodies at the Leduc swap meet last weekend for Gumby. Soon the temperature will be down and my shop will slow down enough I can actually get some work done... The few times I used the truck I found that it was so loud in the cab at 60 mph that I couldn't hear the other person in the ...

200PSI is normal unless you are having cavatation issues.

Sorry I didn't have a chance to talk at V2R. The 73.9 MPH average our truck had was making chasing difficult to keep up!

Pretty sure those are Autofab bedsides in the photos... they come without the taillight section.

That glass was designed to match the brick nose front glass which has a flat side. That was the popular look in the 80s when they designed it.

I think I have 5-10 sets of the axle shafts themselves if that's what you need. Have anyone going to V2R?

Re: "Gumby" The 67 F100 Prerunner
With how much stuff you have I'm surprised you don't already have a forklift at your house... Pneumatic tire version would be rad around there. Oh and the gold wheels look rad on Gumby. Those go on my 74 F100. The Methods for Gumby are getting powder coated the same color though... just call me Kib...

"Gumby" The 67 F100 Prerunner
Picked up some goodies from Autofab the other day: Mirrors http://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20160721/6b8b9dd7ae338438efbcc75855c8a639.jpg Autofab 5" Bedsides. Looks like I can reuse most of the old mounts too... so fitting them will be easy. Ignore the little tires, those belong on one of my other F1...

Re: Starter
All starters for Automatic 302/351W/351C are interchangeable. Only difference is tooth count on starter gear between some manual and auto transmissions.
We stole the 89 Mustang 302 manual starter off my 67 F100 with a 351C and put it on Jesse's 89 351W Bronco in Baja.

Re: Lug nuts
Philo- you have 45* taper on those non-beadlock race methods - I've got the same wheels and bought the lugnuts from Speedway for like $0.69 each. - at least hopefully you got them done that way from method -- a 1" od with whatever size lug you have works. Non beadlock race Methods are blanks unless...
