Re: Amount of tube needed for cage
The first cage I bought was HREW (I didn't realize it was going to be), so I asked around at the time and the general consensus was that HREW is only a bit lower than DOM in strength and plenty strong in 2" tube for general use purposes. While drawing up my plans for a new cage, I did a bit more res...

Re: Good Bye Rocks! Hello GFB!
I'm looking to build her into a more streetable truck that I can take on the beach and drive (and enjoy driving!) on a semi regular basis. So any advice on what to do from here would be great. I know my first step is back down to 35s and C&T beams but as far as stuff like shocks, coilovers, etc. I'...

Msd 6 offroad install?
Fitted with the appropriate coil, leads, etc, you should notice faster starting, a smoother idle, crisper off idle response and acceleration and more power in the upper rev range. Generally, they dont "make" more power per se, but help burn all the fuel your engine ingests and helps it use it more ...

Msd 6 offroad install?
Sorry to semi-hijack, but any feedback on how big of a performance improvement one of these things makes, whether for a stock or moderately high performance (400 hp) motor?

How about a cage thread.......
Any one on here have any experience with JBG's cages? I do - I bought the full family cage, but installed only the rear half. I used it for about a year, and just sold it as I'm building a new cage I designed. I think the JBG cage is good for someone who wants an inexpensive and easy to install fam...

Brian, I've bought a bunch of stuff from Ruffstuff and they've always been really good - I'm sure they'll take it all back.

I think as you age, you become much more sensitive to the attitude (and intent) of the offending party. I take things in stride if someone does something wrong but apologizes sincerely, but if someone's an asshole about it my rage is as strong as it was when I was 19.

Re: alignment trouble after C&T beams
...I can't get my Bronco's right front camber to get within specs. It's 1.5 degrees positive... I have 4 inch pro comp springs up front, they've settled for sure. I've driven the truck well over 5,000 miles since putting the lift on. Am I missing anything? I'm eating the right front tire up. If you...

Spray in bed liner questions
My spray-in rubber type liner does a great job of keeping the interior weatherproof and washable, but does diddly squat in regards to noise and heat insulation. If I was to do it over again, I would do the two lizard skin spray-in systems (sound and heat) and THEN a spray-in bedliner.

I've seen Stewarts and Geisers up to $250k, but nothing in between that number and $650k.

Does it come with a pair Victoria's Secret models?
Otherwise who would spend that kind of money? Or is the price a joke?

I completely forgot to tell John from Autofab that I'm a member here when I bought the (very expensive..) set of cage mounts. Bummer. I really should have. Not just to get a discount, which would have been nice and accepted, but to also show support for this forum. If there was a discount, even a sm...

Re: Tapatalk ***NOW INSTALLED***
Thanks for installing Tapatalk, Steve. I just started using it myself, and its pretty cool. But there's a problem with youtube videos not working on this site when using Tapatalk - basically, if you click on a YouTube link it won't parse it properly, and it sends an incorrectly formatted link to the...

(WTB) TTB drop brackets
I've got a set of BDS drop brackets and extended radius arms that I can ship to you, as soon as Kiefer sends me my new C&T beams. So this would work if you're not in a rush. I also have a set of Deaver front coils and rear leafs that I'll be selling as well. Everything is in near-new condition.

Sydude - are the front seats factory or suspension? Will you go to suspension at some point if they are factory? Here's one of the ranger with eh door bars & how they tuck behind a suspension seat. Pics are from early on in the build, & seats weren't totally set, but you get the idea. The door bars...

Re: Recessed Fuel Filler
I think I know what he means - inside the fuel filler neck, there is another little tube thingie that gets separately connected to the fuel tank, and it acts as a vent to let the air get by the incoming gas when you're filling up the tank. The flush mounted fuel filler doors don't have the vent, the...
