I think I may have FINALLY figured out what keeps killing belt tensioners on this truck.. the alternator is not spaced out far enough, before I rip this thing out though has anyone else dealt with this in their 5.0? I’m hoping I just need a small 1/8” spacer and the bracket itself isn’t screwed up. ...

Ahh good to know, I’ll probably order a light blue pen then

Having no garage and a dirt driveway makes for slow progress in the rain, still need to figure out limit strap length, upper coil retainers, and maybe some rubber coil isolators.
