Re: Cut n turn $
That is high $$ if the beams are just bate c&t with no plating or extending. Most of the well known, Desolate, Threat, Solo, Autofab, etc..., charge $3-400. You just supply a good set of cores. More info on the used ones, before I stick my foot in my mouth. Upgrades like uni-ball pivots can add doll...

Re: Flying Purple People Eater
I am super proud of my son also. He's 14 and hasn't showed a ton of interest in garage fab type stuff. He will turn a wrench on his dirt bike, but meh on cutting, welding, measuring, etc... He walked out into the garage while I was setting up the welder and was like "What is that" pointing to the to...

Re: Flying Purple People Eater
Finally did something small. I bought my first TIG welder almost a year ago and finally fired it up. I take my bumper jack anytime we go off road and needed to secure it from bouncing around (without bungee cords or zip ties)
It's the little things that keep me going.

"Not Moab" means to me "Not Wrangler"
"Raptor & Sand" makes me grin and feel all funny inside! LOL

Re: Doing it all over again...
Brandon and Willie, thanks for your input. This would have been a great thread to read before purchasing a Bronco with the intent of building a GFB. My situation would have came out the same, unfortunately, with having to sell mine. I don't want this to be all about me though. Others might read this...

Hi my name is Brian Shinn. I am currently building a 95 F150 sleeper prerunner/overland truck. The suspension was taken from a 83 bronco project that stalled and was neglected for a few years. I plan to start a build thread on soon. If anyone needs a complete pretty straight bronco body or powder c...

Re: 95 Super Slow Build. Nate (Needles)
Bronco prices have been surprising me recently. I think with the crazy jump of the early broncos people are thinking the 80-96 should follow suit. A couple mid range build big broncos have sold for pretty good money (speaking from a historical standpoint on what these tend to go for) and now the pr...
