F250 TTB Question...

Re: Gear ratio with a c6 & 35's ?

One question that plays hard in gear selection is, what engine?
With a Big Block 4.10 and 35's might be a tic low and 3.73's could be a better choice.
That truck in 37's with 4.10's is a sweetheart except the crawl speed went away.
In our Ranger 4.56 and 33's are a good combo with the 4.0L/5-spd...

Re: Camel Joe Bronco 78

FWIW: The 351-400M engines have open chamber canted valve heads. Unless the chambers are polished these heads are prone to detonation compared to their contemporary wedge heads. For this reason total timing should be limited to about 34°. It would be nice to dial in about 14° initial but often that ...

Re: Australian Class 8 4wd TTB dana50

If you are going to use the TTB as a Drive axle then of the two the D50 is the way to go, however if you are going to use the TTB as suspension that has the ability to pull you out of the occasional "Aw Crap" situation then the 44 is the way to go. Just my opinion. Dust, it will pass you sooner or l...
