If you can find them buy the 2V Cleveland as they will most likely not be cracked and wont. < Identical but more metal.

So, I had time to get under the pig and as the photos above show there is not space for a typical Coil spring.
Darn it, it sounded like such a simple fix.

Either splicing into a different harness or starting from scratch is still a big deal. Plan on many hours of homework. I do stuff that is much less complicated, but I am retired and have time to do it. Then there is the build and buying plenty of extra wire and other supplies for the task and then ...

the body shell is the same so yes you can put a 92 dash in a 87 bronco. but you also need to transfer the other stuff that bolts to it like the big aluminum bulkheads that are found under the 92 dash. and of course you need all the other stuff that is in the dash and bolted to it. so is the wiring....
