Re: 12v electric Air Conditioning
I could see that, however, I do not know how many quigley vans with ac units would be doing 60+ through whoops on a daily basis. I can see going slow, but I am thinking of the heavy right foot, jarring and plus, it would need to be tied into a cage, so I would think not much would dampen the hits.

Re: 12v electric Air Conditioning
A 10k unit would freeze anyone out of the cab. a 13.5 would leave you with frosty nuts. The only issue: how to keep it from coming apart after a trip off roading.

Re: 12v electric Air Conditioning
I’m wondering about how much it puts out. Could 2 be enough? Is this what tesla and the rest of the EV world is doing for ac? Obviously nicer equipment but the parts?

Re: 1990 go fast bronco “Eddie “
this thing is going to be cool, I'm excited to hear how difficult the swap is The swap its self won’t be bad. Getting it running and turbo’s on will take a little work. But I’m cutting the fire wall and moving it all back some. This will be the 4th coyote swap I have done. Sent from my iPhone using...

Thank you Matt! With all the new parts like fully fabricated beams etc. Carly's is mild, but effective. You still have yours?

Nice! With it being dual overhead cam is it a tight squeeze? Are you going to use the stock transfer case?

Re: Carly's 96
Thank you Rod. I wasn't sure if I was being a complete cheap ass or if it made sense. I believe they sell a 4 spring setup for the trak locs which is supposed to provide more clamping force. I figure if we want to get crazier, I'll ditch the 8.8 and shove a 9" under it. Plus the relocating of the s...

Re: Southeast f150 build
Looks like fun. Good thoughts on suspension. Stock width will give you a good bit of travel and keep it simple. Thoughts for rear? Shell and sleep in the back or roof top tent? That will depict how you want to have your bed cage.

Re: Carly's 96
Thank you. 4 years it sat with the wiring harness flopped over the engine. Carly was curious if I would remember all the stupid plugs that went together. Front brake lines are done. I ran them down the frame rail to the radius arms. Years ago when i had my old one, I ran extended brake lines. Carly ...

Re: Carly's 96
Ha! Its alive! I put headers with 2 1/2” flanges so i had to cut the ends off the y pipe and change them. Not really any pictures but lock to lock its butter smooth with the new steering. I pulled a rookie mistake and had the 1 & 2 wires flipped. Makes for a nice popping noise. Took me a quick minut...

Re: Hello from Mississippi
Rancho springs give the best ride if you can find them. I think they’re a 400 lb spring rate. Deavers are nice but dont work well without modding coil buckets. Pro comps ride rough to me. Deavers, q80s are the new trend. 2.5 wide so youll need to either build a different shackle or cut washers. Sent...

Re: Hello from Mississippi
Apparently i can’t read lol. Good mix. Slap a posi in the front and an aggressive posi / locker in the rear and itlll go places. Coilovers or springs? Either or works nicely.

Is there anyone that actually looks at this? Not much of a conversation when its so one sided. I follow along even though I don't comment much! Todd Z. Thank you. I always found good people here but its so quiet. So much is being done on social media and its convoluted. If people are watching and l...

Re: Carly's 96
Just catching up. Great work. I'm watching and learning. Digging the OG rims. Thank you. Make sure you double check my work hahah. They had a boatload of brake dust so i ordered some hd cleaner and it worked real well. I also got the electrical all done and now have power. Hoping to drain the old f...
