I put together a project build slide deck back in 2008 when I started my '96 prerunner work, and have been updating since. Back in August 2012, I added a slide to depict all of the H/D F-250 4x4/Ambulance parts from Moog. It's attached inline below. I think the part numbers are pretty up to date......

I used LeadNav at the last MORE race and it was super cool with a Ram Mount. I didnt download the maps so that slow loading sucked but will fix that for next time. I dont have a puck for it. Just a wifi ipad, I do not pay for service on it.
