Shocks are gone. Hood still available

Hood is a 4 pin so no hinge mounts.

I have new wheels drilled for 5/8 studs with the taper for the acorn nut. I need to buy temporary lug nuts to drive it to a shop to get the bigger wheel studs installed. What lug nuts can I use? Do I need a mag style or just tighten the stockers I have now? Again just temporary while it its in the g...
