Cut n turn $
I would say that is a pretty fair deal @ $700. I am sure others might chime in also. Cut, turned, plated, and trussed. Those would probably run $1500 or so new after all is said and done. I decided to hold off for now. Still need to get the motors situated and the bronco running first. I figure by ...

Cut n turn $
That is high $$ if the beams are just bate c&t with no plating or extending. Most of the well known, Desolate, Threat, Solo, Autofab, etc..., charge $3-400. You just supply a good set of cores. More info on the used ones, before I stick my foot in my mouth. Upgrades like uni-ball pivots can add dol...

Cut n turn $
What’s the typical cost for cut n turn beams but keeping stock width? Looking at some options and found a set used. Just kinda wondering what prices are at and if it’s a decent deal at $700? Just bare beams

No keys for a 1994 bronco
So looks like the plan it to buy a new lock cylinder for the ignition Found an engine. Picked up a 94 bronco that has transmission and a 5.8 with about 100k on it. Has some other interior panels and also a dash and rear axle. Just some miscellaneous stuff including the shell. Just need to pull it al...

No keys for a 1994 bronco
You can always take the door cylinder off and take it to them to get a key made. Did yours have the same key for the doors and ignition? I guess then you can drive it (at some point) to get one made for the tailgate. I have no idea. It’s coming from a buddy with no keys at all. Was a lien sale deal...

No keys for a 1994 bronco
You can either have a key Smith come out and make a key for it or buy a new set of key tumblers. The ignition cylinder will be a pain in the butt to get out but the door locks will also be a pain the butt to get out. I’ve seen new matching sets on eBay or you can buy them from autozone. I don’t kno...

No keys for a 1994 bronco
So I’ve got a bronco, it was real cheap, however I have no keys for either the ignition or doors or tailgate. Can I replace all the keys? Source them somewhere so that I can turn the truck over

Looking at an 80-86 bronco
Most of these older broncos are going to need a lot of work unless you find one that has already been restored. But then you are talking a lot more $$. These trucks are pretty much classics now. You are more than likely going to have to put in a bunch of work and pretty much restore it unless you w...

Looking at an 80-86 bronco
Smell of gas in the motor oil. EFI ignition. Crank windows and the inside needs work. There was rust at the few normal areas and at the base of the tailgate along the whole thing with some speed holes. So not sure about that either

Looking at an 80-86 bronco
I’ll be going to look at one of the two I’m looking at. Both are 80-86. One I’m looking at supposedly had the engine rebuild and the pump went out in the transmission (according to Him) so I’m assuming that’s a for sure rebuild. The other is same years with everything operational and supposedly 88k ...

Looking at an 80-86 bronco
What should I be looking for/at when looking at this bronco. Supposedly the engine is rebuilt but transmission needs work. What are the things to keep an eye out for while I’m looking over this truck? How much does transmission work normally run? I’m thinking it’s an AOD but no clue yet. This will b...
