Fuel lines and vacuum diagrams

Napa catalog is hopeless - two many pages. Go the the counter guy and with no success go to another store and try again. Some counter guys are smarter than others. Here is a product like I have used Don't know if it will fit your rig, but the NAPA counter guy will and take it back if it is the wron...

Fuel lines and vacuum diagrams

I have some cut fuel lines I’m in need of replacing. They are cut right where the soft line becomes the hard line on the frame above the driver side radius arm. Where can I buy these? Need both feed and return and want to trust them. Can I splice in some fuel hose? Is it too high of pressure for tha...

Removing engine little questions

Ok so getting ready to pull the engine out of my bronco. Plan is to just pull the engine. I unhook the headers at the first connection? And the trans and torque converter. Do I need to move the trans back? Touch it at all? Maybe someone who has pulled it can help as I tackle project Sent from my iPh...

Torque converter nuts

Also, there is an access plate on the bottom that comes off so you can get the nuts off. Looks like yours is still on in the pic. It was still on. I didn’t realize at the time that it comes off because I though it was all one piece and gets sandwiched in there. Plus the combo was on the ground Sent...

I ended up bending it up a little to get a proper six point socket on it and got them off. Trans has definitely been out and the nuts were a bit rounded

Torque converter nuts

So... feel dumb with this but trying to remove the e4od from my 351 and cannot get the dang torque converter nuts off and trying to not round them off or strip them. What size are they? I have a 9/16s wrench that seems to fit best. Can’t get a socket on them through the starter hole either. https://...

Looking for a tailgate and window for my bronco. Have a tailgate currently but no window in it. Don’t know what all is broken. Let me know, it’s for a 1995

Compression test out of the bronco

Going to be hard to spin it to test it with a standard compression testing gauge, but if it has a flywheel and something to bolt the starter to (transmission or bell housing), then it's possible. The other thing you can do is use a leak down tester which uses compressed air and an orifice and a cou...

Hi all. I have a 5.8 I would like to use to replace the 5.8 in another bronco. The parts one does not run and has had a lot stripped off of it. I was thinking it’s probably possible to compression test it while it is out of the truck? How should I go

I have seen $800-$900 locally for them. I ended up buying a parts bronco for mine because I had issues finding a block on its own

Ontario so not too far away, how much? Do you have the brackets too? Yes I do, I have a parts bronco and anther so let me go look tomorrow at what they look like and I’ll get back to you. They’re both mounted on the broncos so it should all be there but I’ll confirm Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
