As the Bronco got faster the stock size D44 spindles and ball joints became woefully inadequate. We tried custom 300M spindles and they broke just like the stock Ford ones. The bypass is placed in the position with the longest stroke between the two shocks

This is a custom 300m snout that is D44 spec. If I were doing it now I would go with a D44/D60 hybrid

I have done preruns with a couple of Raptors and on the race course my built Bronco is way faster, on the highway not so much.
