Did you ever get that thing straight? I've seen 1/2" off on stock housings before any modifications.

PaulW, There is no reason it can't work. A 4" or 5" disk is sufficient to stop the vehicle and hold it due to gear reduction in the axle. Just have the rotor rather than the output flange machined with "teeth" on the OD and then use a standard Ford VSS. The reluctor ring on our trucks is 108 tooth, ...

There was a built Explorer at Rage at the River with a full width 9", Dana 44 TTB, and 302. It was in the parking lot of In-N-Out and had Utah plates... thing was amazing. Wish I pictures of it.

If you have 3 bolt hubs you need an aftermarket kit like the Warn one. If you have 5 bolt hubs any manual dana 44 hubs will work. Easy swap as long as you don't have top hat style hubs.
